Consistency is king with Fluticort F 6/250 mcg

Just a bit of encouragement for those struggling to remember their puffs. I used to be terrible at taking my Fluticort F daily, I’d only use it when I felt 'tight.' Big mistake. My pharmacist explained that the Fluticasone needs to build up to actually heal the inflammation in the airways. Since I committed to the 7 AM and 7 PM routine, I haven't touched my rescue inhaler in three weeks. It’s the first time in years I’ve been able to walk the dog without stopping. If you’re new, set a phone alarm! It’s not about how you feel right now; it’s about making sure your lungs are protected for tomorrow. Has anyone else noticed a massive change once they finally got consistent?
